Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful processing by the relevant payment provider. jjwin3 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time. Where cryptocurrency deposits (including BTC and USDT) are supported, the PKR equivalent value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible; errors in wallet addresses provided by the user cannot be corrected by jjwin3.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. jjwin3 does not guarantee any specific processing timeframe. Processing times depend on the payment method, the operator's internal review queue and the completion status of your KYC verification.
Before processing any withdrawal, the operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This typically involves submitting a clear copy of a valid government-issued identity document (such as a Pakistani CNIC or valid passport) and a proof of residential address. KYC documents must match the details provided at registration exactly.
jjwin3 makes no guarantee regarding withdrawal processing speed. Claims of "instant" or "same-day" withdrawals in promotional materials reflect operator aspirations subject to verification and queue conditions — they are not contractual guarantees. Any quoted timeframes are estimates only.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available on jjwin3 are subject to specific terms that accompany each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before they may be withdrawn. For example, a 30× wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. This is an illustrative example — always check the specific promotion for the applicable figure.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is limited to the amount specified in the bonus terms (typically PKR 200–500 per round, illustratively). Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack, baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage (commonly 10%–20%). Live casino games may have reduced or zero contribution. Specific contribution rates are set out in each promotion's terms or the platform's general bonus policy.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through within the specified validity window (commonly 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting) will expire automatically and be removed from your Account without further notice.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active in your Account at any given time. Claiming a second bonus while a prior bonus is active and uncleared may result in the forfeiture of one or both bonuses at the operator's discretion.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and may face permanent suspension.
By placing a bet or wager on jjwin3, you agree that the result determined by the Platform (including its licensed game engines and random number generation systems) is final and binding. In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents a game round from completing correctly, the operator reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's Account.
Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket, ICC tournaments, T20I and ODI fixtures, football, UFC and other covered events — are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Settlement of bets follows the operator's official rules for the relevant sport. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwin3, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
